Key Responsibilities For Patient Experience Manager:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall patient experience within the healthcare facility
- Monitor patient feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional patient care
- Lead initiatives to improve communication and engagement with patients and their families
- Oversee the training of staff on best practices for patient interaction and satisfaction
- Analyze data and trends to drive continuous improvement in patient experience metrics
- Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and the healthcare facility to address concerns and resolve issues promptly
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on patient experience or customer service
- Strong understanding of patient satisfaction metrics and best practices in patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve patient experience goals
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to drive performance improvements
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to patient experience in healthcare
Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- Certification in Patient Experience or Customer Service
- Experience implementing technology solutions to enhance patient experience
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Experience working in a multi-cultural healthcare environment
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Patient Experience Manager position at Tenet Healthcare in Las Vegas, Nevada is $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
