Key Responsibilities for Patient Experience Manager:

- Strong understanding of patient satisfaction metrics and best practices in patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field.
- Certification in Patient Experience (CPXP) or similar credentials.
- Experience with implementing technology solutions to improve patient experience.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards related to patient satisfaction in healthcare.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Patient Experience Manager position at UCHealth in Charleston, West Virginia, is $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience.
