Key Responsibilities for Payroll Clerk:
- Process and manage payroll transactions accurately and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Maintain payroll records and data integrity in the system

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in payroll processing and administration
- Proficient in payroll software and MS Office applications
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
Desired Skills:
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus
- Experience with ADP or similar payroll systems
- Knowledge of multi-state payroll processing
- Familiarity with benefits administration
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Payroll Clerk position at Bank of America in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is $45,000 to $55,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
