Key Responsibilities for Payroll Manager:

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a payroll manager or similar role, with at least 5 years of experience

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing payroll data
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and employees

Desired Skills:
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar certification is a plus
- Experience with ADP or other payroll systems
- Ability to analyze data and generate payroll reports for management review
- Familiarity with multi-state payroll processing

Compensation & Benefits:
