Key Responsibilities for Payroll Specialist:
- Process and manage payroll for employees accurately and timely

- Generate payroll reports and assist with audits as needed

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing
- Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
Desired Skills:
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus
- Experience with ADP or other payroll systems
- Knowledge of tax laws related to payroll
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
Compensation & Benefits:
