Key Responsibilities For Payroll Specialist:
- Process bi-weekly payroll for employees accurately and timely
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Handle payroll inquiries and issues from employees in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure payroll data accuracy
- Assist in payroll tax filing and reporting activities

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in payroll processing and administration
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Desired Skills:
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation
- Experience with ADP or other payroll systems

Compensation & Benefits:
