Position Summary
Brainly is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance CRO Specialist to join our Digital Strategy team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the USA. As a Performance CRO Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing our website and mobile app experiences to improve conversion rates, drive user engagement, and maximize revenue. You will analyze data, develop and execute A/B tests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven improvements that enhance user experience and achieve business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of CRO principles, analytical skills, and a passion for creating impactful digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of website and mobile app performance, identifying areas for improvement in conversion rates and user engagement.
- Develop and prioritize A/B testing strategies based on data analysis, user research, and industry best practices.
- Design and execute A/B tests using various testing platforms and tools.
- Analyze test results, identify winning variations, and provide actionable recommendations for implementation.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to implement CRO improvements across our digital platforms.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to conversion rates, user engagement, and revenue.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in CRO, digital marketing, and user experience.
- Document and communicate test results, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to a collaborative remote work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), digital marketing, or a related role.
- Proven track record of improving conversion rates and user engagement through A/B testing and data-driven optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing platforms such as Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work remotely from anywhere in the USA.
Technical Requirements

Compensation & Benefits
