Key Responsibilities For Personal Assistant:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, including diary management, travel arrangements, and email correspondence.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling enquiries and providing information.
- Prepare and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including agenda creation, minute taking, and follow-up actions.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage and prioritise incoming communications, filtering and redirecting as necessary.
- Maintain efficient filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by senior management to support the smooth running of operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanour.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and other relevant software, with a high level of IT literacy.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and dealing with stakeholders.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in the energy or services industry would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of project management principles and tools.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, anticipating the needs of senior management.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
