Position Summary
The Personal Assistant role at Fidelity National Information Services is a remote, full‑time position that provides high‑level administrative support to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize executive calendars, schedule meetings across multiple time zones, and arrange virtual or in‑person appointments.

- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and routing communications appropriately.

Required Qualifications
- 0 to 8 years of professional administrative or personal assistant experience, preferably in a technology or financial services environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with senior executives and external partners.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools such as Teams, Zoom, and Slack.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
Required Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation & Benefits
