Key Responsibilities For Personal Assistant: - Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior executives and managers within the Trusts. - Managing complex calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings and events. - Handling correspondence, drafting emails, reports, and other documents on behalf of the executives. - Organising travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries for business trips. - Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion. - Assisting in project management tasks, such as preparing presentations and collating data. - Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including patients, staff, and suppliers. - Undertaking ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the executives. Required Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanour. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment. - High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. - Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Desired Skills: - Knowledge of medical terminology or experience working in a healthcare setting. - Experience using diary management software or tools for scheduling appointments. - Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment. - Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
