Key Responsibilities For Pharmacy Technician:
- Dispensing medication accurately and efficiently in accordance with prescriptions
- Liaising with healthcare professionals and patients to provide pharmaceutical advice and guidance
- Maintaining pharmacy inventory by monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies
- Ensuring compliance with legal and professional requirements in all pharmacy activities
- Participating in the delivery of pharmaceutical services to support patient care within the GP Practices
Required Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent qualification
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as a Pharmacy Technician
- Solid understanding of pharmacy law and regulations in the UK
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues
- Proven experience working in a pharmacy setting, preferably within a primary care environment

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary for the Pharmacy Technician role at GP Practices in Birmingham, West Midlands, ranges from £22,000 to £28,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
