Position Summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct remote assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions and functional abilities.

  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety measures, and adaptive techniques to improve mobility and independence.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, including physicians and nurses, to ensure coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress.
  • Stay current with advancements in geriatric physical therapy and evidence-based practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
  • 0 to 12 years of clinical experience, with a focus on geriatric rehabilitation.
  • Proficiency in fall prevention strategies and elderly patient care.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with patients, caregivers, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high standards of care.

Required Education

A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required. Additional certifications in geriatric care or rehabilitation are a plus.

Desired Skills

  • Experience with telehealth platforms and remote patient monitoring tools.
  • Certification in Geriatric Physical Therapy (GCS) or similar credentials.
  • Knowledge of Medicare and insurance billing practices for rehabilitation services.
  • Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations.

Compensation & Benefits

Johnson & Johnson offers a competitive salary range of $63,000 to $123,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
