Key Responsibilities for Plumber:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and residential buildings
- Interpret blueprints and building specifications to determine layout and installation procedures
- Inspect plumbing systems to identify and troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, and other professionals on project sites
- Adhere to all safety standards and building codes
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns
Required Qualifications:
- Valid journeyman plumber certification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in plumbing installation and repair
- Proficient knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations in Saskatchewan
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Desired Skills:
- Experience with commercial plumbing projects
- Knowledge of sustainable plumbing practices
- Certification in gas fitting or backflow prevention
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Plumber position at IBI Group in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada is between $50,000 to $70,000 CAD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
