Key Responsibilities For Portfolio Manager:
- Develop and implement investment strategies to optimize client portfolios based on risk tolerance and financial goals.

- Monitor portfolio performance, assess risks, and adjust allocations to maximize returns while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Portfolio Manager or in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment principles, and asset allocation strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
- Proficiency in investment analysis tools, risk management techniques, and portfolio optimization methods.
- Outstanding communication skills to interact with clients, present investment strategies, and build strong relationships.

Desired Skills:
- Advanced quantitative skills and proficiency in statistical analysis software.
- Experience with alternative investments, such as private equity, real estate, or hedge funds.
- Familiarity with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) factors in investment decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Portfolio Manager position at BlackRock in Phoenix, Arizona is $110,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
