Position Summary Shree Cement is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our remote team. This role is pivotal in managing procurement activities, optimizing vendor relationships, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement processes, purchase order management, and data analysis, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and purchase order issuance. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency. Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve inventory control. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives. Monitor market trends and supplier performance to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with company policies. Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and inventory levels. Required Qualifications 5 to 12 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field. Proficiency in procurement processes, purchase order management, and vendor communication. Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and inventory control. Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. Required Education Others (Relevant certifications or equivalent experience in procurement or supply chain management will be considered.) Desired Skills Experience with procurement software or ERP systems. Knowledge of industry best practices in sustainable procurement. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Compensation & Benefits Shree Cement offers a competitive salary range of $62,000 to $122,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
