Key Responsibilities For Project Manager:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against key milestones.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, motivating them to achieve project objectives.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- A relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
