Key Responsibilities for Quality Improvement Coordinator:
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality improvement within a healthcare setting.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
Desired Skills:
- Certification in Quality Improvement (e.g., Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality - CPHQ).
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and process improvement methodologies.
- Project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives from conception to implementation.
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Quality Improvement Coordinator position at Fresenius Medical Care in Boise, Idaho is $60,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
