Key Responsibilities for Receptionist:
- Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Answering and forwarding incoming calls in a professional manner
- Managing the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and appointments
- Providing general administrative support to the team as required
Required Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanour
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Desired Skills:
- Previous experience in a corporate environment
- Knowledge of office equipment such as printers and scanners
- Familiarity with basic office management procedures
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact
- Additional language skills would be advantageous
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual salary range: £18,000 - £22,000
