Position Summary CF Industries Holdings is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our remote healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care, conduct patient assessments, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Deliver professional nursing care to patients, adhering to established protocols and best practices. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history reviews and symptom evaluation. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers. Monitor patient progress, document care activities, and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and families on health management, preventive care, and treatment options. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with regulatory standards. Participate in telehealth consultations and remote patient monitoring as required. Required Qualifications Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. 2 to 11 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a remote or telehealth setting. Proficiency in nursing care, patient assessment, and medical knowledge. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and team collaboration. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high standards of care. Required Education A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution is required for this position. Desired Skills Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms. Certification in a specialized nursing field (e.g., critical care, occupational health). Familiarity with workplace health and wellness programs. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic healthcare environment. Compensation & Benefits CF Industries Holdings offers a competitive salary range of $59,000 to $127,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
