Key Responsibilities:

- Provide timely and effective responses to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in a remote work setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams remotely
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools such as video conferencing, project management software, and CRM systems

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet connection
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate clients in different time zones

Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 for the Remote Account Manager position, commensurate with experience. In addition, Aha! provides remote-specific benefits such as a home office stipend or equipment, flexible working hours to accommodate various time zones, virtual onboarding process, and virtual team building activities. Occasional travel may be required for team meetups.
