- Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports to monitor account performance
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition to suggest improvements in sales strategies

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in a remote work environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting

Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 for the Remote Account Manager position at BetterHelp. In addition, remote-specific benefits include a home office stipend or equipment provision, flexible working hours, virtual onboarding process, and virtual team building activities. Occasional travel may be required for team meetups.
