Remote Affiliate Marketing Manager

Position Summary:
Coursera is seeking a Remote Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our remote digital marketing team. As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and revenue for Coursera's online courses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow affiliate partnerships to increase brand visibility and drive sales
- Develop and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns to meet KPIs and revenue goals
- Analyze affiliate performance data and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align affiliate marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing
- Proven track record of managing successful affiliate programs and driving revenue growth
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting

Technical Requirements:
- Home office setup with a reliable internet connection
- Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps for optimal remote work performance
- Ability to work flexible hours with occasional availability during Pacific Time Zone

Desired Skills:
- Experience with affiliate tracking platforms such as Impact Radius or ShareASale
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range of $70,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience
