Position Summary:
Calm is seeking a Remote Affiliate Marketing Manager to drive the affiliate marketing strategy and campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy to drive traffic and revenue

- Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align affiliate marketing efforts with overall marketing goals
- Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reporting on program performance

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven experience managing affiliate marketing programs in a remote setting
