Position Summary:
As a Remote Affiliate Marketing Manager at Headspace, you will be responsible for developing and executing affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This fully remote role offers an exciting opportunity to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives and expand our affiliate partnerships network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth
- Manage relationships with affiliate partners, negotiate contracts, and optimize performance to meet KPIs
- Monitor affiliate marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights for optimization
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate marketing initiatives with overall marketing strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for affiliate partnerships

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, with a strong track record of managing successful campaigns
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote work environment
- Proficiency in using affiliate marketing platforms and tools to track performance metrics and optimize campaigns

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office space with high-speed internet connection
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace
- Flexibility to work across different time zones as needed for team meetings and collaboration

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range of $70,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience
