Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement affiliate marketing campaigns to attract and retain affiliates
- Manage relationships with affiliate partners, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance
- Analyze campaign performance data to optimize strategies and maximize ROI
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate marketing initiatives with overall marketing goals

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing
- Proven track record of driving affiliate program growth and revenue
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in remote work tools and platforms for effective collaboration

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office with high-speed internet connection
- Proficiency in using communication tools like Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace

- Availability to work within Pacific to Eastern time zones

Compensation & Benefits:
Annual salary range: $70,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience
