Remote Agile Coach

Position Summary:
As a Remote Agile Coach at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting our remote teams to enhance their Agile practices and drive project success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement Agile methodologies, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure efficient project delivery in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching and mentorship to remote teams on Agile principles and practices
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Identify and address any impediments to team progress and drive effective resolutions
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide guidance on process improvements

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach in a remote work environment
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with remote teams effectively
- Ability to adapt Agile practices to suit the needs of distributed teams
- Comfortable working independently and leading virtual workshops and training sessions

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet connection
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Jira, etc.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones as needed for team meetings and collaborations

Desired Skills:
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master)
- Experience with remote team building activities and virtual icebreakers
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for seamless integration and deployment

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Remote Agile Coach position at Accenture is $90,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience.
