Position Summary:
As a Remote Agile Coach at Teladoc, you will play a key role in driving the agile methodology across our remote project management teams. You will be responsible for coaching and guiding teams on agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring successful project delivery in a remote work setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and optimize agile practices within remote project management teams
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members on agile principles and frameworks
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and transparency in project delivery
- Identify and address impediments to team progress and foster a culture of self-organization

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in a remote work environment
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with distributed teams effectively
- Ability to adapt agile practices to suit the needs of remote teams
- Certification in Agile (e.g., CSM, CSPO) is preferred

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup conducive to remote work
- High-speed internet connection to support virtual collaboration
- Flexible working hours to accommodate team members across different time zones

Desired Skills:
- Experience with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Jira, or Trello
- Strong facilitation skills to conduct virtual meetings and workshops effectively
- Proven track record of building high-performing remote teams
- Ability to promote a positive team culture and engagement in a virtual environment

Compensation & Benefits:
Teladoc offers a competitive annual salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 for the Remote Agile Coach position, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide remote-specific benefits including a home office stipend or equipment, flexible working hours, virtual onboarding, and virtual team building activities. Occasional travel may be required for team meetups.
