Position Summary:
As a Remote Agile Coach at HubSpot, you will play a crucial role in driving agile methodologies and best practices within our remote project management teams. You will be responsible for coaching and guiding our teams to deliver high-quality projects efficiently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide agile coaching and mentorship to remote project management teams.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Identify and address impediments to team progress, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Implement agile frameworks and tools to optimize team performance and project outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach in a remote work environment.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate remote teams.
- Ability to adapt coaching techniques to suit different team dynamics and project requirements.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a distributed team setup.

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup conducive to remote work.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for seamless virtual collaboration.
- Availability to work within HubSpot's specified time zones for team meetings and collaboration.

Desired Skills:
- Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- Experience with remote team collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, Jira, etc.
- Proven track record of driving successful agile transformations in remote teams.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities in a virtual work environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
HubSpot offers a competitive annual salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 for the Remote Agile Coach position, commensurate with experience.
