Position Summary:
As a Remote Agile Coach at Wix, you will play a pivotal role in driving our agile project management practices to ensure efficient project delivery and team collaboration in a remote setting. Your expertise will guide teams in adopting agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and maximizing project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor remote project teams on agile principles and practices
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Identify and address project roadblocks, promoting effective team collaboration and communication
- Implement agile metrics and KPIs to monitor project progress and team performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall project delivery efficiency

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach in a remote work environment
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire remote teams
- Ability to adapt agile practices to suit remote team dynamics and challenges
- Comfortable working independently and guiding teams virtually

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup conducive to remote work
- High-speed internet connection to support virtual meetings and collaboration
- Availability during core working hours in the Pacific or Eastern time zones
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Jira, and Trello

Desired Skills:
- Agile certifications such as CSM, CSPO, or SAFe
- Experience with remote team building activities and virtual workshops
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive change in a remote environment

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range of $90,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience
