Position Summary:
As a Remote Agile Coach at Google, you will play a crucial role in guiding our remote project management teams towards agile methodologies and best practices. You will leverage your expertise to drive efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement in our distributed work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor remote project teams on agile principles and practices
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies for enhanced team productivity
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
- Provide guidance on agile tools and techniques for effective remote collaboration

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach in a remote work setting
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with virtual teams
- Ability to adapt agile practices to suit remote work dynamics
- Certification in Agile methodologies is a plus

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet connectivity
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, and Jira
- Comfortable working across different time zones to support global team members
- Familiarity with virtual whiteboarding tools for remote brainstorming sessions

Desired Skills:
- Experience in leading remote teams through organizational change
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and principles
- Familiarity with agile metrics and reporting for remote teams
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in distributed work environments

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for this Remote Agile Coach position at Google is $100,000 - $130,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a home office stipend or equipment allowance, flexible working hours to accommodate various time zones, and a comprehensive benefits package.
