Position Summary:
Quizlet is seeking a talented Remote Agile Coach to join our distributed team. As an Agile Coach, you will play a pivotal role in guiding teams towards implementing and improving Agile practices to drive successful project outcomes. This remote position offers the opportunity to work autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coach teams on Agile methodologies and best practices to enhance project efficiency and delivery
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Provide guidance on continuous improvement and help teams adapt to changing project requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities
- Identify and address impediments to team progress and foster a culture of transparency and collaboration

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in a remote work setting
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with virtual teams effectively
- Ability to lead and influence teams towards adopting Agile principles and values remotely
- Demonstrated experience in coaching teams through Agile transformations and delivering successful projects in a distributed environment

Technical Requirements:

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range for remote positions: $90,000 - $120,000
