Remote Agile Coach

Position Summary:
As a Remote Agile Coach at Ro, you will play a crucial role in guiding our project management teams towards successful Agile adoption and implementation. Your expertise in Agile methodologies and coaching skills will be instrumental in driving efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement in our remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Agile coaching and mentoring to project teams to enhance their Agile practices and processes
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Identify and address any impediments to Agile adoption and delivery
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the remote teams

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach in a remote work setting
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and lead remote teams effectively
- Certification in Agile coaching (e.g., ICP-ACC, CTC) is a plus

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet connection
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Jira, and Trello
- Comfortable working across different time zones within the USA

Desired Skills:
- Experience with remote team collaboration and virtual team building activities
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools and software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 for the Remote Agile Coach position at Ro.
