Position Summary:
As a Remote Agile Coach at NerdWallet, you will play a crucial role in driving Agile methodologies and best practices within our distributed teams. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing team performance, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring successful project delivery in a remote work setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and mentor remote teams on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency and delivery timelines
- Identify and address impediments to Agile adoption and team productivity
- Implement strategies to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within remote teams

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach in a remote work environment
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and their practical application in distributed teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with remote team members effectively
- Ability to adapt Agile practices to suit the unique challenges of remote work settings
- Certification in Agile (e.g., CSM, CSPO) is a plus

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup conducive to remote work
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Comfortable working across different time zones as needed

Desired Skills:
- Experience with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Jira
- Familiarity with virtual team building activities and communication strategies for distributed teams

Compensation & Benefits:
Annual salary range: $90,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience
