Position Summary:
As a Remote Agile Coach at InVision, you will play a pivotal role in driving agile methodologies and best practices within our distributed teams. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing team performance, fostering collaboration, and ensuring project delivery excellence in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching and mentorship to remote teams on agile principles and practices
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance agile processes and continuous improvement
- Identify and address impediments to team progress, promoting a culture of accountability and self-organization
- Track and report key metrics to measure team performance and project success

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach in a remote setting, guiding teams to deliver high-quality results
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with remote team members effectively
- Ability to adapt agile practices to suit the needs of remote teams and promote a culture of transparency and collaboration
- Demonstrated success in driving organizational change and fostering agile mindset across distributed teams

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet connection
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Jira, and Confluence
- Comfortable working in a flexible schedule environment, accommodating different time zones within the USA

Desired Skills:
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, SAFe)
- Experience with remote team building activities and virtual icebreakers

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range of $90,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience
