Remote Agile Coach

Position Summary:
As a Remote Agile Coach at Uber, you will play a crucial role in driving Agile methodologies and best practices across our remote project management teams. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and efficiency in our remote work setup.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor remote project teams on Agile principles and practices
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Identify and address impediments to Agile adoption and team effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and deliverables
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide insights for improvement

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach in a remote work environment
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote team interactions
- Ability to drive change and influence stakeholders in a virtual setting
- Demonstrated success in improving team productivity and delivery quality remotely

Technical Requirements:
- Fully equipped home office with high-speed internet connectivity
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, and Jira
- Comfortable working in a remote-first environment with flexible working hours
- Availability to collaborate across different time zones within the USA

Desired Skills:
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master)
- Experience with remote team building activities and virtual workshops
- Familiarity with Agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Remote Agile Coach position at Uber is $90,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience.
