Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation & Benefits:
Basecamp offers a competitive annual salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 for the Remote Art Director position, commensurate with experience. In addition to the market-rate salary, remote-specific benefits include a home office stipend or equipment provision, flexible working hours within designated time zones, virtual onboarding process, and opportunities for virtual team building activities. Occasional travel may be required for team meetups, with expenses covered by the company.
