Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand data requirements.
- Create and maintain documentation related to BI processes and solutions.
- Optimize and tune BI applications for maximum performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Business Intelligence.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BI Developer or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office with high-speed internet access.
- Proficient in using remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace).
- Comfortable working in a different time zone from the headquarters.
- Familiarity with cloud-based BI platforms is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range of $80,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience.
