Position Summary:
As a Remote BI Developer at McKinsey, you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative business intelligence solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain BI solutions to meet business requirements
- Design and implement ETL processes for data integration
- Create data visualizations and reports to present findings effectively
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver insights
- Ensure data quality and integrity in all deliverables

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Proven experience as a BI Developer or similar role
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office with high-speed internet connection
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack)

Compensation & Benefits:
Annual salary range: $80,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience
