Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and relationship building
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in a remote setting
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet sales targets

Technical Requirements:

Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 for the Remote Business Development Manager position at Groove HQ. In addition, remote-specific benefits include a home office stipend or equipment provision, flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones, virtual onboarding processes, and virtual team building activities. Occasional travel may be required for team meetups.
