Position Summary:
As a Remote Client Services Manager at NerdWallet, you will be responsible for overseeing client relationships and ensuring exceptional customer support remotely. You will lead a team of remote client service representatives, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of our client service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of remote client service representatives to deliver high-quality customer support
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client relationships and satisfaction
- Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and provide timely resolutions
- Monitor key performance indicators and ensure service level agreements are met consistently
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client services or customer support management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote team collaboration
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide a remote team effectively
- Ability to adapt to a remote work environment and manage time efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet access
- Proficiency in using remote communication tools like Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace
- Comfortable working across different time zones as needed for team collaboration

Compensation & Benefits:
Annual salary range: $70,000 - $90,000
