Position Summary:
As a Remote Client Services Manager at Credit Karma, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer support experiences for our users. You will lead a team of remote customer service representatives, oversee client interactions, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery to uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a remote team of client service representatives to deliver high-quality support services
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention rates
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights to optimize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and escalations effectively
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members for professional growth
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a client services management role, preferably in a remote setting

Technical Requirements:

- Flexible working hours with availability to align with Pacific Time Zone for team meetings

Compensation & Benefits:
Annual salary range: $75,000 - $95,000, commensurate with experience
