Position Summary:
As a Remote Community Manager at Atlassian, you will be responsible for building and nurturing online communities to engage with customers, drive brand awareness, and support marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in fostering relationships, moderating discussions, and developing strategies to enhance community engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase brand visibility and customer loyalty
- Monitor online conversations and engage with community members to provide support and gather feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community initiatives with marketing campaigns and product launches
- Analyze community metrics and feedback to optimize engagement strategies and improve customer satisfaction
- Organize virtual events, webinars, and social media campaigns to promote community involvement and drive user participation
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role in a remote work environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse community members
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, online forums, and community management tools
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote setting
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office space with high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace
- Comfortable working in a flexible schedule, accommodating occasional team meetings across different time zones
Desired Skills:
- Experience in B2B software industry or tech-related community management
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media analytics
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus for engaging with global communities
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience
