- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to compensation

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a Compensation Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
- Proficiency in HRIS and compensation planning software

Technical Requirements:
- Fully equipped home office with high-speed internet connection
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and accommodate flexible working hours
- Familiarity with remote team collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace
- Comfortable working within Pacific Time Zone hours

Desired Skills:
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus
- Experience with global compensation practices

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Remote Compensation Analyst position at Mozilla is $70,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience.
