Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed analyses of compensation structures to support decision-making processes.
- Evaluate market data to ensure BetterHelp's compensation packages remain competitive.
- Collaborate with HR partners to develop and implement effective compensation strategies.
- Prepare reports and presentations on compensation trends and recommendations.
- Monitor and audit compensation processes to maintain accuracy and compliance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Compensation Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
- Excellent understanding of compensation principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Technical Requirements:
- Fully equipped home office with a reliable internet connection.
- Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps for seamless remote collaboration.
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate team meetings across different time zones.
- Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
Desired Skills:
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus.
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 commensurate with experience.
