Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office with high-speed internet connection

- Comfortable working in a flexible schedule with occasional overlap for team meetings
- Must be available during core business hours in the Eastern Time Zone
Desired Skills:
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 for the Remote Compensation Analyst position at Bain. In addition to the market-rate salary, remote-specific benefits include:
