Position Summary:
As a Remote Compensation Analyst at Adobe, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and evaluating employee compensation packages to ensure competitive pay structures that attract and retain top talent. You will work remotely to support our HR & Talent Acquisition team in maintaining fair and equitable compensation practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to benchmark compensation levels
- Develop and implement innovative compensation strategies and programs
- Collaborate with HR partners to review and adjust salary structures as needed
- Prepare reports and presentations on compensation trends and recommendations
- Participate in salary surveys and maintain accurate compensation data records
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Compensation Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools
- Excellent understanding of compensation and benefits practices
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment
Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup conducive to remote work
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Comfortable working across various time zones as needed
Desired Skills:
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team setting
- Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for virtual collaboration
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience
