Position Summary:
As a Remote Creative Director at Twilio, you will be responsible for leading our design and creative team in developing innovative solutions to enhance our brand and user experience. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our dynamic and diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of designers and creatives to deliver high-quality visual assets
- Develop creative strategies to support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency across all channels
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the team

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects and design concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a remote work setting and lead a distributed team effectively

Technical Requirements:
- Fully equipped home office with a reliable internet connection
- Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps for video conferencing and collaboration
- Comfortable working in a remote-first environment with flexibility in working hours
- Ability to work within Pacific to Eastern time zones for team collaboration

Desired Skills:
- Experience working with remote team collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Asana

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience
