Position Summary:
As the Remote Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Byju's, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technological vision and strategy. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute Byju's technical roadmap in alignment with business goals

Required Qualifications:

Technical Requirements:
- Fully equipped home office with high-speed internet connection
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Jira
- Comfortable working across different time zones within the USA
- Familiarity with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and agile methodologies

Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 for the Remote CTO position at Byju's, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a home office stipend or equipment allowance, flexible working hours within US time zones, virtual onboarding, and access to top remote team collaboration tools.
