Position Summary:

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup conducive to focused work
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for seamless remote collaboration
- Comfortable working across different time zones within the USA
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Jira
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and virtual team management platforms

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Remote CTO position at Stripe is $180,000 to $250,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer remote-specific benefits such as a home office stipend or equipment provision, flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones, virtual onboarding processes, and virtual team building activities. Occasional travel may be required for team meetups.
