Position Summary:
As a Remote Customer Success Manager at BCG, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through retention and upselling strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with key clients to understand their needs and goals

Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 for this remote position, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a home office stipend or equipment allowance, flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones, virtual onboarding, and access to remote team collaboration tools.
